Currently if you're using the PI Assistant on the dashboard or the Inspire homepage, the @ doesn't pull up people/teams/surveys. Only if you enter the PI Assistant through the button in the top nav. I think this is confusing and may lead to clients assuming that something's broken. Can we get that functionality everywhere you can enter a prompt?

Many of our clients do PI sessions with new employees. It would be helpful if the PI Assistant could use the date of hire from the employee details screen. For example: Download the placard for all employees who were hired in the past 90 days. Alternatively, if hire date was added as a column in Inspire or the employee directory, that would help.

Leverage benchmark data to provide real-time AI suggestions when users are creating Job Targets in the Job Assessment (JA). For example, if a user is building an Account Executive role, the system could prompt: “Most sales roles trend toward high A, B, and D, with lower C.”

These suggestions should be:

Based on aggregated benchmark data
Contextual to the role being created
Paired with a brief explanation of why the pattern is typical
Linked to supporting benchmark insights or data

The PI Assistant can help you prepare for meetings, take notes, give coaching and assist with action items after meetings.

1. Assistant connects to Slack and Google Calendar, or Microsoft Teams + Outlook Calendar
2. Before meeting: Assistant detects upcoming 1:1, gives a “meeting primer” w/ BA snapshot, communication tips, suggested agenda topics based on Slack convos & recent meetings, and can flag when a potential agenda topic can be a sensitive convo, and provide suggested phrasing based on BA
3. During meeting: assistant transcribes and takes notes of meeting, analyzing how conversation is going
4. After meeting: assistant provides meeting notes, action items, and personalized coaching on how they communicated
5. Action items: depending on the action item identified, assistant can offer to execute it for them: “you said you had to ask Eng for a scope estimate, want me to draft a message for you?”
