Leverage benchmark data to provide real-time AI suggestions when users are creating Job Targets in the Job Assessment (JA). For example, if a user is building an Account Executive role, the system could prompt: “Most sales roles trend toward high A, B, and D, with lower C.”
These suggestions should be:
Based on aggregated benchmark data
Contextual to the role being created
Paired with a brief explanation of why the pattern is typical
Linked to supporting benchmark insights or data
