Train model to be able to use date of hire

Many of our clients do PI sessions with new employees. It would be helpful if the PI Assistant could use the date of hire from the employee details screen. For example: Download the placard for all employees who were hired in the past 90 days. Alternatively, if hire date was added as a column in Inspire or the employee directory, that would help.
