Obi should remember what I tell it about someone in future conversations

When I tell Obi about someone, I should be able to refer back to the context I gave it in future conversations. For example, I explain a conflict going on between two employees and come back a few weeks later to follow up and ask another question about the same two employees. It should remember what I said last time about their roles and the context of the conflict.
